Rate Schedule

Rates

Service is provided directly by Phelps Computer Services (PCS) at a rate of $150 per hour. Rates associated with subcontracted work are quoted on a case-by-case basis.

Time rounded to nearest quarter of an hour. Exception: A single session less than 7.5 minutes (including phone calls) is billed as a full 15 minutes. In this case, the start time is noted on the Service Log and the corresponding “Min.” box is checked.

Travel time associated with on-site appointments is billed at the $150 rate described above. Out-of-town business that requires overnight stays is billed at a minimum of $1200 per day, starting with the day the consultant leaves town and ending on the day the consultant returns. Travel, food, lodging, and other direct costs are paid by the client.
